- Participants do not need to have previous Segway experience
- The first 10-20 minutes of the tour will be for training. Participating in the training might not guarantee your ability to learn how to manoeuvre it as some body balance is needed.
- There is a maximum weight limit of 120 kilograms
- The tour will take place if there are at least 2 participants. If this minimum is not reached, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
- The tour will take place in all weather conditions unless your guide thinks it is unsafe
- There are a limited number of reusable rain ponchos that are loaned out on a first-come, first-served basis, but disposable ones can be bought onsite
